Services
JAG Exteriors provides professional gutter installation, repair, cleaning, gutter cover installation, and related exterior services for residential and commercial properties in the Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan areas of Texas.
All services are subject to a separate written estimate or service agreement provided before work begins. The specific terms of each project — including scope, pricing, timeline, materials, and warranty — are detailed in the written estimate provided to you.
Estimates and Pricing
- All estimates provided by JAG Exteriors are free, on-site, and no-obligation.
- Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs from what was assessed during the initial inspection (e.g., hidden damage discovered during service).
- Any changes to the original scope or pricing will be communicated and approved by you before additional work is performed.
Scheduling and Access
- We will make reasonable efforts to complete work within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, scheduling may be affected by weather, material availability, or other factors beyond our control.
- You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for the performance of services, including clear access to the work area and permission for our crew to use ladders and equipment on your property.
- If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time due to circumstances within your control, a rescheduling fee may apply.
Payment Terms
- Payment terms are specified in your written estimate or service agreement.
- We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and financing options for qualifying projects.
- For installations and larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. The deposit amount will be stated in your estimate.
- Final payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) on the outstanding balance.
Warranties
JAG Exteriors stands behind the quality of our work. Warranty terms are provided in writing with each project and may include:
- Workmanship warranty: Covers defects in installation or repair performed by our crew. Duration and terms are specified in your project agreement.
- Material warranty: Provided by the manufacturer of the gutter materials, covers, or components installed. Duration and terms vary by manufacturer and product.
Warranties do not cover:
- Damage caused by acts of nature (hurricanes, tornadoes, hail, flooding) beyond the design capacity of the installed system
- Damage caused by third parties, including other contractors working on your property
- Normal wear and tear
- Failure to perform recommended maintenance (e.g., gutter cleaning)
- Modifications to the system made by anyone other than JAG Exteriors
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, JAG Exteriors LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
JAG Exteriors is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to rotted fascia boards, structural damage, or inadequate roof drainage that existed before our work began. Any pre-existing conditions discovered during service will be documented and communicated to you.
Use of the Website
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws
